Medical Disclaimer.
Read in full before considering any SAMSON product. These terms apply to every page, communication, and product listed on this website.
Not medical advice
Nothing on this website, in our journal, or within any SAMSON communication constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All content is informational and is provided for research and educational purposes only.
Research-use only
Any product labeled for research or laboratory use only is not for human consumption, injection, nasal administration, or personal treatment. A prescription does not make a research-only product lawful for human use. Clinical medications require a separate lawful prescribing and pharmacy-dispensing process; a catalog listing does not establish eligibility or approval.
Not FDA evaluated
FDA status is specific to the medication and formulation. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing. Supplement statements have not been evaluated by FDA; supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Neither clinical imagery nor a purity percentage establishes approval or safety.
Consult a physician
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any protocol, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing a chronic condition. Do not self-prescribe or self-administer based on information found on this site.
Individual results vary
Outcomes depend on factors outside SAMSON's control — genetics, protocol adherence, underlying health, diet, and training. No individual result should be read as a typical or guaranteed outcome.
No provider–patient relationship
Completing an intake or viewing an automated plan alone does not establish a provider–patient relationship. A relationship may be established with the treating licensed clinician in accordance with state law. That clinician is responsible for clinical decisions within the scope of the encounter. The practice must identify itself and explain follow-up arrangements before care.
Adverse events
If you experience an adverse reaction to any compound, discontinue use immediately and contact emergency services. Report adverse events to your physician and to the appropriate regulatory authority.
Limitation of liability
Educational website content is not a substitute for individualized medical care. Nothing in this disclaimer waives patient rights, eliminates duties owed by a treating clinician, or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Read the telehealth disclosures for additional prescribing, privacy, and patient-rights information.
