Privacy Policy.

Website privacy information, pending legal and operational review. This is not a treating provider’s HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

01

Information we collect

The site collects information you submit through accounts, intake, and contact forms, including identifiers and health answers. Intake drafts and generated plans are also saved in your browser. Orders may involve addresses and transaction information. The operator’s legal identity, mailing address, and final inventory of analytics and service providers remain to be confirmed; this policy is pending legal and operational review.

02

How we use it

Submitted information supports the requested account, intake, plan, or support interaction. The final policy must confirm actual clinical, order, communication, and analytics uses before launch. Intake acknowledgment does not authorize advertising, sale of health information, or optional marketing; additional permission is required where applicable.

03

Health information

Health answers are sensitive. An automated SamsonBalance™ plan is educational, not a clinical treatment decision. HIPAA applies where the treating entity is a covered entity or business associate; this website policy is not its Notice of Privacy Practices. The treating practice must supply an effective notice where required. The health privacy page is a clearly marked draft.

04

Sharing

The website uses Lovable Cloud to store submitted account, intake, and support information. Any sharing with clinical practices, pharmacies, payment providers, shipping carriers, analytics services, or other recipients must be verified and described in the final policy. Do not assume that all listed services are connected or that every contractual safeguard has been verified.

05

Storage & security

No online transmission or storage system is completely secure. Browser-saved intake drafts and plans can be visible to someone using the same browser profile; avoid shared devices and use Start over to clear the current intake draft. The operator must verify safeguards, access controls, clinical agreements, and applicable breach-response obligations before care. This page does not certify HIPAA compliance.

06

Your rights

Contact SAMSON to ask about access, correction, deletion, or communication preferences without sending sensitive medical details through the general form. Requests may require identity verification, and clinical or other records may need to be retained by law. HIPAA and state privacy rights depend on the entity and information involved; the final policy must provide verified request contacts and procedures.

07

Cookies

The site uses browser storage for account sessions, intake drafts, and generated plans. Browser settings can remove stored site data, which may sign you out or erase saved progress. Any nonessential cookies, tracking technologies, vendors, and applicable opt-out controls must be documented after verification; this policy does not assert that analytics tracking is present.

08

Retention

Final retention periods must be set according to actual operations and applicable medical-record and other legal requirements. A deletion request may not remove records that must lawfully be retained. The published policy must identify the operator’s retention approach; no specific deletion deadline is promised by this draft.

09

Children

SAMSON is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us so we can delete it.

10

Changes

Updated October 12, 2026. This policy is pending legal review and confirmation of operational details. Material updates should be dated and communicated as required by law. Continued website use is not authorization for a new use of sensitive information that requires separate consent.
